This is pretty simple.


I mean let’s face it. If you were to get to the size you wanted and stay there, the weight loss industry would lose customers fast. Even with billions of people overweight, the supply of customers would run out and then what would they do?

Don’t get me wrong. There are many people out there in the health and fitness industry who really do want to see you get to the size you want. Many do actually care about helping you get healthier, but most of it is smoke and mirrors.

You are not alone.  Few of us even really know what is going on anymore. We have grown up with the whole “weight loss” revolution in our heads, and now we are so use to it we don’t know the difference.

However, it is time for a change!

The first thing we are going to do is…



Ok, before you think I have completely lost my mind and this is all a load of BS, give me a minute to explain.

You see, the words we use are actually very powerful. We have been using them for hundreds of years. Our minds are designed to take a lot of things literally.

Let’s look at the statement “losing weight”.

The weight part is fine, all though I have seen many people change the shape of their bodies and stay the same weight or even put on weight and still look friggen awesome. We will go into that more later.

The big problem with the statement “losing”. Whether it is losing, lost, or lose, we have a problem.

Think about it…

If you lose you keys, what do you want to do? Find them.

If you lose your mind, what do you want to do? Find it.

If you lose weight, what is the last thing you want to do? Find it.

But there is an entire industry build around you finding all the weight you have “lost” and then some.

I mean how many times have you heard of someone losing weight and then gaining it back plus a little extra?

Your mind wants to make sure that not only did you “find” the weight again but wants you to have a little something extra just incase you lost it again.

See what happens is…

Someone says to you, “WOW, you look great. How much weight have you lost?”

You reply, “I’ve lost X amount”.

Your brain then goes…

“Oh! I know! We have lost something, we better find it”!

Think about the last time you lost you keys. Now where is the first place your mind goes to? The regular place you keep them, then the last place you found them, and the place before that. It remembers all the places you have lost your keys in order to find them again.

Your brain works much in the same way when it comes to “losing” weight.

Your brain thinks you have “lost” the weight so it needs to find it. Your brain then slowly it starts to bring back the old habits and cues that caused you to put the weight on in the first place.

By simply changing the way we talk about our body transformations and the weight we are dropping, we can create long lasting change.

Sounds too simple right? Just try it out for a week. It takes a lot of practice to not say the words lost, lose or losing when it comes to your weight change, but once you do, this little mindset change will make a big difference.

When someone asks me how much weight I have lost, I firstly reply, “I have not lost any, because I am never finding it again”. Then I tell them how much weight I have dropped or how much my weight has gone down”.

There is a Knowing inside of you that once the weight is gone, it is gone for good. This is exactly the knowing you will build throughout your super sexy journey!

Don’t get me wrong. I am not blaming the weight loss industry for everything nor am I saying that everyone in it is bad, but what I am saying is that there are people out there, let’s call them “marketers” who know how to press your buttons and keep you exactly where they want you.
