Dear Brainstorm,

I am having a really hard time sticking to my diet. No matter how hard I try I can’t stop eating all the food I have in the house. I portion it out but then I find myself eating 2 or three extra meals during the day when I shouldn’t.

How do I stop overeating and stick to the right portion sizes?
