Dear Brainstorm,

I recently joined a weight loss support group as I thought it would help be get on track but all it has done is confuse me.

Don’t get me wrong, the people in there are very supportive but I am faced with so many “things that worked”, that I don’t know what to do to lose these extra pounds.
