Dear Brainstorm,

I have lost about 25 pounds so far but I seem to be stuck. My weight has been the same for a couple a weeks now. I have tried reducing the amount of food I eat and increasing the amount of exercise I do but nothing seems to be working.

I feel truly stuck. Please help.
