Dear Brainstorm,

I really want to eat better and lose weight but I just don’t have any willpower or self control. If it is there I just have to eat it and not just that, I eat it all until it is gone.

It is becoming a real problem as my weight seems to be getting out of control. What do I do so I can stick to a diet?
