Episode #8: When you just can’t (or don’t want to) resist those cravings …
I want to know how to stop those cravings that you just can’t get out of your head until you get what you want. I believe our bodies can outlast any amount of time that we set on, if our will power strong enough and we still want it bad enough.
The problem is I’ve been attempting to eat veggies and not meat. I’m CRAVING a hamburger from fast food restaurant so bad right now. I eat veggies until I’m stuffed but I can’t shake the craving. So had one 2 days ago...feel like i could eat it 3x per day.
How can I make this stop?
