Dear Brainstorm,

I really want to get fit but I can’t bring myself to join a gym. I feel like everyone will be looking and laughing at the fat woman trying to exercise so I just can’t bring myself to walk through the door. How can I get fit if I feel like I have to lose weight before I can start?
